What counts as a "run"?
One procedure execution, regardless of how many steps it has. A 3-step smoke test is one run; a 20-step checkout walkthrough is also one run. Flaky-detection 3× counts as three runs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual contracts. Prorated to the day — if you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the period ends and don't get billed again.
What happens when I hit the monthly cap?
The next run is blocked with a clean error pointing you at the upgrade page. Your existing history, procedures, and data stay intact. Buy a credit pack or wait for the next billing cycle.
Do credit packs expire?
No. One-time credit packs stay on your account until you use them. They're consumed only after your monthly subscription quota is exhausted.
Is there a free trial on Pro / Team?
The Free plan already gives you 30 runs a month, long enough to know if this fits. No separate trial period on the paid plans; cancel in the first week if it's not for you, and the prorated refund is automatic.
Do you lock my tests into your format?
No. Every procedure can be exported as a standalone Playwright .spec.ts file that runs with @playwright/test outside Testorim. Zero lock-in is a non-negotiable.
